Charina' s Travel was founded 1999 by Charina and Ernst Doppmann. The office is in the lobby of the Clarkton hotel, which is under German management.

Ernst Doppmann lives since 1986 in the Philippines and was a consultant and project manager for many years for the Philippine government before he opened the travel agency

The connections and contacts to the Philippine authorities from that time is until today very valuable.
